Dior Cruise 2011 Shanghai Collection

Dior presented their new Cruise 2011 Collection. The chosen location was Shanghai, the city which has greatly contributed in creating this collection. The event offered the participants a spectacular show, and also a party with many celebrities.

Also here, the director David Lynch debuted his Lady Blue videoclip.

Among the stars attending the event were Charlize Theron, Marion Cotillard, Zhang Huan and Hidetoshi Nakata.

With the launch of the new Cruise collection, Dior reopened the store in Shanghai where they will exclusively launch the Blue line.

Inspiration for the new collection came from the Nouvelle Vague movement, from her optimism, graphic designs and innovative fabrics.

Predominant colors: lilac, pink, mint and floral nuances for a pure ladylike Dior look.

The pure Parisian urban essence, the haute couture details, youthful silhouettes and muses such as Bardot, Jean Seberg and Romy Schneider … this would be one way to characterize the new Dior Cruise Collection! The pictures speak for themselves.
